Prior to joining FocalPoint, Rob was the VP of Operations at Fecon, a manufacturer of vegetation management equipment. At Fecon, Rob led improvement in EBITDA by over 150% allowing the company to be sold in a year and a half vs the goal of 3-5 years. He also helped the company increase production output by 176% in less than 2 years.
With an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Xavier University, Rob loves scuba diving with his family.
